Judo Her Way @ MTG Judo
This term, we were thrilled to host a 4-week ‘Judo Her Way’ course specifically for women, and it was a brilliant success! A massive thank you to our incredible coaching team: lead instructor, Bella Nolan, assisted by Caitlyn Filmer and Grace Wilson (and a little help from Sensei Jake too).
This fantastic program was made possible with the support of Judo Queensland and the QLD Government, and we are very grateful for their assistance.
The highlight for many was seeing our club treasurer and admin extraordinaire (and mother of Grace and Lachlan) Bettina finally get on the mat! She has developed a wicked Osoto Gari, so we’re sure Grace and Lachlan are being extra diligent with their chores at home
